On the day Royal Challengers Bangalore had a victory against their opponents Lucknow Super Giants by 18 runs, Virat and Gambhir entered into a fight. Both legendary personalities of Indian cricket had a heated exchange. Most may remember that this not the first time they had confronted each other.

The incident appeared to have from the moment seemed to be in-game sledging. This moment involved Kohli and LSG’s Naveen-ul-Haq when the latter came to bat during the second inning.
In the last ball of the 17th over of the second inning, Siraj gave a bouncer to Naveen, and it was declared a no-ball. Naveen failed to use the free hit and Siraj gave the player a stare and threw the ball into the stumps at the striker end. Naveen was then seen having a word with the Bangalore’s pacer. Kohli intervened them and started having a go at Naveen, who also gave it back to him.
Things must have gone for the worse if Amit Mishra, senior to both Virat and Naveen, would not have intervened and separated them off.
